Booking procedure & confirmation
Bookings can normally be accepted at any time up to 2 weeks prior to the assessment start date, subject to availability.
Provisional bookings can be made by telephone and held for 2 weeks or until 3 weeks prior to the assessment start date, whichever is sooner. Bookings are not secured until the registration form and documentation for the gateway check has been received, with a £200 deposit. While a booking still provisional, PooleAM2 reserves the right to allocate the place to another customer.
Provisional bookings will only be held for up to 14 days. Payment in full is required when booking with less than 10 days before the assessment date. Delegates will not be able to commence a course until full payment has been received.
Payment terms
Payment can be made by cash, debit/credit cards and BACS (we do not accept cheques). Please note that payments made by credit card will incur a 3% surcharge of the transaction fee.
Delegate suitability
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the assessment is suitable for his/her requirements and they are suitably prepared. Gateway checks will be conducted prior to the suit of AM2 assessments to ensure the candidate holds the relevant entry qualifications. All delegates should have read and understood the assessment outline and have met the necessary pre-requisites.
Delegate substitutions
If you would like to make a delegate substitution, please contact us. An administration charge may be incurred to cover registration fees.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new requirements. The following cancellation and rescheduling charges will apply:
Fewer than 15 working days’ notice of cancellation or amendment: No refund of deposit if paid or £200
15 to 20 working days’ notice of cancellation or amendment: 50% refund of deposit
20 working days and over: £30 Admin Fee at centre discretion
In the unlikely event that your assessment does not take place after we have received payment, PooleAM2 will make every effort to reschedule the assessment. If this is not possible, any fees paid will be refunded. PooleAM2 will not be liable for any costs incurred by the customer as a result of booking an assessment that is later cancelled or rescheduled.
